          The primary goal of industrial farms is to maximize profits, even if it threatens the well-being of the workers. Big businesses only have one thing in mind, Money. These types of businesses will do anything to maximize profits even if it means an unsafe working environment for their employees. They hire illegal immigrants so that they can pay them minimum wage, and they fire good employees before their benefits kick in so they can save some money.
          The primary goal of industrial farms is to maximize profits, even if it threatens the well-being of the workers. Meat packing plants make all of their money by paying their employees the bare minimum. Working in one of these factories is dangerous and strenuous,but the pay is about the same as someone who works in a McDonalds. The turnover rate in meat packing plants is about 80 percent a year. This means that 80 percent of the people working there will either quit or be fired within their first year.
